Each of these paintings is based on photographs I took of my much-loved sister, Lisa Stroker and brother-in-law, Ron Remondino. I spend time with them each summer at their home on Cape Cod.

For most of these paintings, I transferred their photos onto gel plate and then incorporated various techniques and media, such as gel prints, stamping, and painting directly onto the plate. These pieces pieces demonstrate the versatility of gel-plate printing.

I painted the image of Ron with a blue background in acrylic. I love arting with him when I am on the Cape.
